Too much pink?

Here is the second party girl portrait as promised, and now you see why I warned you about the pinks. I did try and distress it a bit by adding some burnt umber glazed around the painting, to dirty it up a bit...but I kind of like it bright and sparkly. It was fun to experiment a bit, and I finally got some use out of those Halloween stickers I'd picked up (crow and tree).

Well, I am sitting here watching 'So you think you can dance Canada,' and enjoying one of my favorite Greek desserts, which is simply plain yogurt, drizzled with honey, and sprinkled with walnuts. Better than junk food! I thought I may as well update my blog during commercials.

For those of you who are fans of the movie 'Twilight', there is a new series that starts this Thursday called 'The Vampire Diaries' and I can't wait to see the premiere. I hope it's good, since I used to love Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and have not found anything to compare...(I know lots of people talk of True Blood but I don't get the channel).

have a great night folks!

Hmmm another person who jumps up during the commercials to be on the internet! LOL

I don't think the pink is bad at all, I really like the way she looks! She's beautiful!

I've seen the commercials for that show, and tempted but I have so many on the go and plus I just finished book 2 of Twilight and if I plan to read the other 2 books it will be too confusing!

I just finished New Moon yesterday reading the first chapter of the next book now, which is in the end of New Moon!

The pink is fabulous darling (said in a glam girl sort of way), she is really beautiful and the pink is perfect.

just found your site. Nice work. I love Buffy too. Will have to check out Vampire Diaries. Wasn't impressed with true blood. Didn't have the same emotional appeal I guess.

I love Buffy too!! I was so sad when they canceled the show. And you are right. Nothing compares. I can get True Blood but it is not even close to being as good as Buffy. Sigh!!
And you can never use too much pink. She is wonderful!!
